The terms hereof shall constitute Minqro Tech Pvt. Ltd.’s (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the services rendered via the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please note that there may be certain contracting requests that we may not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any requests for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.

Some situations that may result in your request being cancelled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any request. We will contact you if all or any portion of your request is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your request. If your request is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, or amount has been deducted via netbanking or wallet or UPI, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account or VPA or bank account as the case may be.

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any requests made by you on this Website. Refund/cancellation will be processed if and only if your contract with the seller allows you to cancel the contract and see refund before the money has been provided to the seller, or in case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same request, the total amount / extra amount will be refunded, as the case may be, minus the processing charges if any. In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation. Company offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyer’s card/bank account as the case may be.
